As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, documenting processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, translate them into functional requirements, and ensure that solutions meet business objectives.

Responsibilities…
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders through interviews, workshops, and analysis of existing processes.
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
- Conduct process analysis and propose process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including business process diagrams, workflows, and use cases.
- Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
- Participate in quality assurance and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that solutions meet business requirements.
- Assist in project management tasks, such as creating plans and tracking progress.
Must-Have Skills…
- 5 – 10 years experience in software requirements analysis as a BSA with bachelor’s degree in computer science / information technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, such as flowcharting, process
- Experience with tools like - Visio or Lucidchart, Jira, Confluence
- Experience with ecommerce domain and retail/wholesale systems is preferred (e.g., POS, OMS, WMS, PIM, ERP, contact center, cash-to-order, payments, etc.)
- Background in Retail Industry and Ecommerce digital space such as web, mobile application a definite plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
