Job description:

Key Responsibilities:

•            Develop and customize ServiceNow forms, workflows, and applications.

•            Implement best practices for form design and user experience.

•            Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to form functionality and performance.

•            Conduct testing and validation of developed forms to ensure quality and compliance.

•            Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing ServiceNow forms and applications.

•            Stay updated on ServiceNow features and functionalities to recommend improvements.

Skills:

Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, specifically in form development.

Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform, including scripting, O-Auth and API configuration, and workflow design.

Hands on experience in

1.           Creating ServiceNow form UI

2.           Creating flow, sub flows and actions

3.           Studio and flow designer

4.           Creating UI Policy and Client scripts

5.           API integration with ServiceNow

6.           Configurations in mid servers

7.           Configuring connections and credential

8.           Creating ATFs

9.           PowerShell and Active Directory

• Proficiency in SQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML.
• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM (IT Service Management) modules is an advantage.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification is added advantage.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
