Our ServiceNow associate Consultant role is the building block of INRY’s Delivery team and is instrumental as we accelerate our growth in this highly desirable ecosystem.

Overview:

  • Opportunity to work on ServiceNow implementation projects across multiple product lines (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, CSM, FSO, CMDB etc.).
  • Participate in medium to large-sized projects. Typical work expectation is a mix of BA + Developer.
  • 100% client-facing role.

Job responsibilities:

  • Be an active participant in Project workshops and meetings to understand client business requirements.
  • Responsible for delivering technical solutions: UI Configuration, workflow configuration, reporting development, and system integrations.
  • Own the execution of system testing and participate in user acceptance testing to ensure developed solutions meet business needs.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the ServiceNow® platform and constantly improve that knowledge.

 Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Electronics and Communications Engineering, or closely related stream of engineering.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on proven ServiceNow implementation experience is mandatory and a strong understanding of the platform's capabilities.
  • Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.
  • ServiceNow certifications (such as Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist) are preferred.
  • Commendable communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Great attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Excellent problem-solving ability and time management.
  • Must be a self-starter with the ability to deal with ambiguity, and white spaces and have a start-up mindset.
  • Must be flexible and ready to pivot based on changing demands of a project.
